Terms of Service
Last updated: 23 June 2026
This is a practical starter agreement. Have a qualified lawyer review it for your company entity, governing law, and jurisdiction before launch.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using FlexTrip Alerts you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
The service
We provide flight price tracking and email alerts based on aggregated fare data from third-party sources. Prices shown are estimates refreshed periodically — they may differ from the final price on the booking site. We do not sell tickets and are not a travel agency.
Your account
Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
No guarantee
Fare data can be delayed, incomplete, or change without notice. We do not guarantee that any price, route, airline filter, or availability will be obtainable. Always confirm details with the airline or booking provider before purchasing.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it using automated means beyond normal personal use. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or threaten stability.
Email alerts
We send alerts you configure. You can pause watchers, unsubscribe from emails, or turn alerts back on from your dashboard. Alert frequency depends on scan schedules and matching fares — we do not guarantee a minimum number of emails.
Affiliate relationships
We earn commissions from some outbound booking links. This does not change the price you pay on the booking site.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed travel opportunities or price differences, arising from your use of the service or reliance on fare data. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the product.
Governing law
Specify your governing law and courts here before launch (e.g. laws of Greece / your EU member state). Until then, disputes should be raised with us in good faith via the contact email on the site.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date means you accept the revised terms.
