Acceptance

By creating an account or using FlexTrip Alerts you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

The service

We provide flight price tracking and email alerts. We do not sell tickets and are not a travel agency. Scan frequency and price accuracy notes are in the site footer.

Your account

Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at privacy@flextripalerts.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

No guarantee

Fare data can be delayed, incomplete, or change without notice. We do not guarantee that any price, route, airline filter, or availability will be obtainable. Always confirm details with the airline or booking provider before purchasing.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or access it using automated means beyond normal personal use. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or threaten stability.

Email alerts

We send alerts you configure. You can pause trackers, unsubscribe from emails, or turn alerts back on from your dashboard. Alert frequency depends on scan schedules and matching fares — we do not guarantee a minimum number of emails.

Affiliate relationships

Booking links may earn us a commission. Details are in our Affiliate Disclosure page and in the site footer.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including missed travel opportunities or price differences, arising from your use of the service or reliance on fare data. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law (e.g. fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the product.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union regulations. Courts in Athens, Greece have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence. Contact us at privacy@flextripalerts.com before starting formal proceedings — we will try to resolve disputes in good faith.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after the "Last updated" date means you accept the revised terms.
